Sweet home Private Villa 4 Bed Room

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area where you will be able to rest. There are nice places for hiking nearby, and if you want to go to the beach, it's only 10 minutes by car. Oman is incredible in terms of its landscapes, and from my location you can avoid the daily traffic jams and save time and nerves!! If you have rented a vehicle, you can park it in the yard which is covered with security cameras! Watch the video about my home in the link below!

Villa on the Sea in the Seafah Resort

The villa was spotless and very clean. It’s a great location for anyone looking to disconnect from the world and just relax by the beach and pool. Keep in mind there’s no market nearby, so it’s a good idea to bring your groceries in advance. The host was amazing; super helpful, polite, and attentive. Overall, a lovely stay and I would definitely consider coming back!

We were a group of friends looking to have a quiet 50th birthday celebration. This property had everything...pristine pool, a game room with ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and fusbol...a barbecue area...a mini football pitch...and ample seating courtyard. The 3 ensuite bedrooms were spacious and spotless. The owner was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Jalal, the caretaker was a great help as well. We will definitely be using this property again. Thank you Alzaeem!

Mustafa's place is an absolute 5 star place and my new home from home! I felt extremely well looked looked after from the second I arrived and am truly grateful for Mustafas hospitality!!! The room is exactly as described, the entire Villa is extremely spacious and has the most wonderful bed and view across the Golfcourse. and Seaview in the distance. I am already missing the houedog Lucky 🐕X0X0X0

I had an amazing time and the host was great. Despite their busy schedule, they always made time for us to have a good chat. The location is awesome and so is the entire place. I am all but praise for the way everything is maintained. The entire procedure was so smooth that I actually ended up extending my stay for another week.
