Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seddon

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Mel’s place was exactly what we were looking for, it is in a fantastic location within walking distance to sensational restaurants, bars and dessert places. We also easily got the tram to the city. The apartment itself had gorgeous views of Melbourne, was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including extra towels and complimentary biccies. Thank you for being a fabulous host Mel, right from even before we got there. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough!

The house is right opposite The District Docklands, which I really want to find. The host was very helpful with the instructions and quick to reply. The house itself was very nice, clean and have all the essential amenities to make my stay comfortable and feels like home. The view was superb and pretty. Highly recommended!

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

A great little spot that is central to everything! Walking distance to shops, pharmacy, cafe, wine bar and even a day spa! Easy walk to Newport station and the bus terminal. Kirsty was great with communication, place was spotless. Bed comfy! Highly recommend.

My twin brother and I stayed for two nights last (Thursday and Friday) as we had performances nearby in Seddon, and this place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was super convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the space was clean, cosy, and well set up for a comfortable stay. Greg's Brunswick Cottage was perfect for us. Homely with welcoming, thoughtful supplies that were much appreciated. Greg was wonderfully flexible regarding check in and check out. His communication was excellent. We found his information booklet regarding transport, restaurants/cafes etc most helpful. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the pots & pans & utensils needed to cook meals. We happily fully recommend Greg as a host and his Brunswick Cottage for a superb Melbourne stay. Thanks Greg.

Lovely home with everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy and the house was beautifully presented. Easy check in and access and the location was fabulous. Short walk to the lovely community of Yarraville with amazing restaurants and cafes. We took the train into Melbourne for the tennis and other touristy things every day and found it so quick and easy. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive in replying to messages, especially when we needed an earlier check in and when we needed help because we locked ourselves out. She arranged for someone to come within 30 mins to help us get in. The place itself was enormous, modern, clean and a perfect setting for any group holiday or to host a gathering.

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.
