We absolutely loved our stay here, the perfect base to explore the area. It's a well equipped and comfortable space with all you need. Benjamin is a lovely host and is very responsive. We already can't wait to come back! By far our favourite place to visit.

What an amazing stay we’ve had. The most beautiful location with everything you need on your doorstep for the whole family. You can litterally park your car and leave it and and be kept entertained all in the same area on foot. The beach is a short walk away as is so many other walks, pubs, park, shops and library. Our family had the best holiday and we want to return soon. The hosts were very responsive and left us some yummy treats and essentials which was a lovely touch. Our second stay at Ben & Amy's place. Clean and comfortable accommodation, great location for walking to Blyth and Whitley Bay on the coastal path. Great pubs serving food, chip shop and the co op, bus stops, all within a short walk from the annex. Quiet street with easy parking right outside. Lovely walks from the door, down the beck and beyond, we walked miles. Had a lovely time we would highly recommend Ben & Amy's place. 5*

Leslie’s house was ideal for our stay in the NE. The house is in a residential area which is very quiet but you can be straight out to the beach / cliffs or onto the Sluice river towpath within a minute. Absolutely perfect for dog owners and the Kings Arms pub which can be seen from the house is excellent. Lovely walks along the coast to Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, Blyth etc. We would also highly recommend the Castaway coffee house which is also a stones throw from the house. We visited to pick our son up from university in Newcastle so it was really convenient for that too, just half an hour away.
