Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

This place is the most peaceful setting, waking up to a view of the hills, the foliage, the sheep & the cry of the pheasants. It was great! Excellent proximity to trails. Close to town. The space was perfectly appointed, and had all the things we needed to stay comfortably with our 6 month old. I would certainly recommend if you’re needing a recharge in the countryside. And Tanya was quick to respond as needed.

My partner and I had the best time staying at the Annex. We took our two dogs with us and they loved running around the garden. Caroline and Steve were so welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations for walks and places to eat that were also dog-friendly. The Annex was homely and cosy and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend and would visit again.

An absolute gem. Such a beautiful place, even better than the photos. The garden is gorgeous with comfy seats. It is fully dog-proof (if you have a small dog there is one stretch under a trellis they could get out, but my spaniel couldn’t). The whole interior is lovely and well equipped. The shower is lush. Wonderful dog walks within walking distance of the house (you can see them on the footpaths map online) and at the coast a short drive away.

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to the beach in Lyme Regis. Tristan was a great host and we would couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We had a lovely family holiday at Haye Farm. The cottage is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is absolutely beautiful and a great base for exploring the local area. We had a wonderful stay and our kids loved exploring the farm and meting the animals!

What a great property to stay in while visiting the lovely Lyme Regis - we would definitely book again. Tess has thought of everything - it's the best equipped air bnb I've ever stayed in! We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Dianne and Stephen were responsive and so welcoming to their beautiful home. The space was comfortable and clean and lovely and light. Our little private decking area was perfect for the children and the dog and had beautiful, peaceful views over the garden. Having access to the pool was amazing, even on a cloudy day we spent a lot of time in there with the children as it was lovely and warm. The garden is beautiful and it was nice to be able to wonder around.

I stayed here just recently with 4 other friends due to attending a friend’s wedding nearby. This location is beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. Everyone was pleased with the property and it really did feel like home. 100% will look to be returning.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

Lynette and John were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and made use feel at home instantly. The accommodation was perfect and well equipped. Beautiful views and a peaceful and relaxing location. Lynette baked a lovely welcoming cake which was delicious. Lots to do in the area. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. We would certainly return here when we come back to Devon.

The cute pod was tiny, but had everything required for our one night stay including a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful. The instructions to locating the property were very detailed making it quite easy to find. Beer is such a pretty village. Would definitely recommend

We had a short break which was peaceful with lots of nature all around us. Some wonderful walks. The cottage was beyond expectations. We hope to visit again soon.

This house worked really well as a break for my family including my elderly parents, who benefitted from the downstairs bedroom. It was very well equipped and comfortable, with lovely views and beautiful walks from the house down to the beach at Seaton, across to Beer and over to Axmouth.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely spot! I visited with my partner and our baby boy, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The location is quiet and serene—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The living area was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was an easy drive to get there, and we received a warm welcome on arrival. All the information we needed was clearly laid out, and there were some thoughtful little extras that really added to the experience. Will recommend to anyone looking to come to the area.

We stayed nearly three weeks here. Had a great time. Lovely cosy place with everything we needed. Friendly and helpful hosts who always made us feel welcome. Delicious cream tea prepared for us every time we checked in. WiFi a bit slow but managed to have video conferences. Highly recommended.

Great stay- this was our 4th (I believe) stay and already booked for August. One small comment would be that there wasn’t any bed sheets left for the sofa bed so we just had to use everything without covers on. Other than that, great stay and value for money.

Great place to stay, especially if you would like a more peaceful location compared to Lyme Regis or Charmouth. Very accessible to adjoining villages/towns. Great views of the sea, easy to walk to beach, shops, arcades, pubs, restaurants and the bus stop. Flat was spacious, clean and modern. Our teenagers loved the park opposite and the cactus greenhouse. Didn’t get time to tennis or mini golf. We had a great mini holiday visiting Lyme Regis (by bus - easier than finding parking on busy days - bus driver very helpful with sorting our ticket 2 adults and 3 kids £17 return) and Charmouth en route to and from location. Went swimming in the sea, walked some of the coastal path and toasted marshmallows on the beach one evening. Managed to park outside the property and that’s where my car stayed, we walked and bused. Our hosts were very hospitable, checking things were ok after arrival and making sure all was satisfactory. Thank you !
