We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Otter Cottage

Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Cozy 1920's cottage. Two person occupancy limit, no exceptions. No children please. No Pets. On the west bank of the Necanicum River. A short stroll to Broadway and Seaside's famous Turnaround. Park your car and enjoy the easy old fashioned beach town of Seaside. Step back in time when summers were endless and every day brought new adventures. Saltwater taffy, ice cream, elephant ears, pronto pup, caramel corn, biking on the prom, sunbathing in the dunes, beachcombing and birdwatching.

End of The Road - 4 Night Minimum

End Of The Road is a rustic family cabin perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with the wooded hills of Oswald West State Park rising behind. Hand built in the late 1950's by the current owners, this 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin includes a wood stove, hot tub and washer/dryer. The location is a dramatic and stunningly wild spot. There is little sense of other human presence. Dogs are welcome with an Additional Services Fee of $25 per night, per dog: limit 2. Sorry, no cats.

Rockaway is a laid back town, great for getting away from the crowds and hustle.

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

South Columbia Cottage is the quintessential beach cottage that serves as the perfect backdrop for your memorable coastal vacation. 300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. 1925 stylish home with 3 beds, 1 den, and 2 full baths is just a few steps to the promenade and beach, and all that the main drag of Seaside has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, wine bars, brew pubs, arcade, bumper cars, etc. Smaller dogs ok, contact owner. Go golfing, crabbing, fishing, clamming, hiking, zip lining, go carts, surfing, biking! Or stay at home and play board games, or corn hole, no need to go anywhere!

Sea Glass Inn - Suite #7

Enter this charming suite, adorned with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and earthy brick detailing. It offers cozy sitting areas near a warm gas fireplace, perfect for relaxation. The suite features a dining space that also functions as an additional sitting area. Unwind in the comfortable queen-size bed, complete with luxury linens, ideal for enjoying some television. This room does not allow pets.
