Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. We had the most incredible spring break and Easter getaway at this beautiful beach home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Our family especially loved the layout, which made it easy to spend quality time together whether we were cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, playing games in the living room, or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee on the patio. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for daily outings, sandcastle building, and soaking up the sun. We also appreciated the little touches that made our weekend extra special; there was even plenty of space for an egg hunt and both the home as well as the fully fenced yard was great for our fur babies (dogs). We felt right at home! We look forward to booking another stay in the future!

Such a great beach cabin! Comfy beds, comfy couch, great location close to beach and town. We had a great time enjoying the sunshine in the backyard.

Such a perfect and peaceful retreat on the Oregon coast! Northon was incredibly proactive, sending us a ton of local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and things to do. We loved our time here!

A second time here and I’ve already booked my third for later this year, this location is perfect and Dee is a fantastic host. I really appreciate their communication and commitment to making sure their guests are comfortable, safe and pleased with their stay. I will continue to visit as long as Dee will have me!

Absolutely magical! Our stay at Ken’s stunning Victorian home was truly the stuff of romantic dreams. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were transported to another era.  Every detail was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Ken’s home is impeccably maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful amenities and antiques that made our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights was the expansive wrap-around porch with sweeping views of the Columbia River, an ideal spot for morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind. Ken was a gracious and attentive host, and it’s clear he takes great pride in sharing this beautiful home with his guests.  THANK YOU!

Fantastic spot. On the top of a large hill so it's a little private and has an incredible view. The layout is perfect for a couple of families to share without getting in each other's way, and there's a wonderful place for kids (or big kids) to play downstairs. The upstairs den is wonderful, with gorgeous views and comfortable furniture for lounging. Everything's clean, well appointed and wonderful. Netarts itself is small, but it's only 10 minutes from Tillamook, which has everything you could need. And you can wander up and down the coast from there quite well.

Nice clean apartment, with the beach just a two minute walk away. Dave and Rochelle were clear and helpful with all the information. Enjoyed the stay !

Our stay was perfect. I can see now why this place is so popular in the area. Descent go the beach is close to the property and worth all of the steps. The actual house is amazing and incredibly well-kept. If it went on the market, we would buy it as our forever home. As for Chris, we have nothing but positives to say. He was kind, responsive, and understood that our arrival was impacted by an unforeseen circumstance. He helped us feel welcome and supported, while giving complete, peaceful privacy.

Can’t beat waking up to the sound of the river in the backyard. Green, quiet, beautiful. Unique place that has all you need. Beautiful break we needed from “real life”.

Views were amazing. Cathi was easy to get ahold of with questions. The house was very cozy. I would go back if ever in Oregon again.

It’s always such a treat to come back year after year! It’s a perfect location - you can’t beat the private beach access! And the view! I’m already dreaming about our next stay.

The location of the property is amazing. The views were stunning. It was also very private, the beach was not crowded (very few people). So you basically have the beach to yourself and you are only a 5-7 minute drive from Cannon Beach. The property itself is very nice and well kept. It has absolutely everything you need. It has a ton of sleeping room and sufficient bathrooms. It feels like a luxury cottage. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

We had a great time. The accommodations were just as we expected.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the room, we loved the view, we loved the location right off broadway at the promenade. Easy access to all the fun activities. The pool area is amazing and the water was nice and warm. Kids had a blast. Thank you so much. Cant wait to come back again.

I highly recommend this location. Chris made sure to email me to set up my reservation before she went on a trip. I appreciated her forethought. This is a little different than other Airbnbs I stayed at because it is not a person's house, it is a timeshare. So it has more of a hotel type of feel in regards to check in/out, using the pool, etc, except the accommodations are much better than a hotel. The two bedroom set up is perfect for families. You can't get closer to the beach the this location and it has a great pool area that overlooks the beach. I will definitely be staying again.

This place is such a great place for families. I highly recommend it. My family and I had the best time playing on the beach and in the pool. The space was spacious and kids loved their room which were they were delighted to discover had its own tv! We could watch all the fun on the beach and in the pool on our balcony which the kids also loved. It was also the best location in Seaside. Right on the beach, the promenade and the Main Street in Seaside. We hope we will be back!

This is a beautiful beachfront condo with a nice view of the water and beach. It is extremely clean, very comfortable and nicely equipped with kitchen necessities. The access to the resort pool and game room is nice for families.We would certainly recommend it!

WorldMark resort is in the midst of things in Seaside. Walk to restaurants and beach. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and resort has a decent pool, games room and gym. Highly recommended for a young family.

Chris was a fantastic host, available when we needed, but not in our day to day. The space was clean, warm and inviting.
