Our stay was a college reunion for 10. The house was well set up for all of us with the open kitchen, large gathering room and deck. We enjoyed walking to the beach as well as the town. We found the kitchen very well stocked and when we had questions we received our answers in a very timely manner.

Beautiful house with many artistic touches. Super clean too. Its an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen is well stocked. The sunny deck and garden are amazing as well!

Even though there were only five adults, 1 infant, I picked this two cottage setup because each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location is ideal. I thoroughly enjoyed walking the Promenade. Being so close to the beach was crazy amazing for all of us! Thank you, Erin

Our group of 7 people fit very comfortably at Sara's house. The house was very nicely located to the beach, and was very well furnished with a lot of amenities. The place feels like it has great life to it, and is actually a home, unlike a lot of airbnbs. The furniture was comfortable, everything was well decorated, and all felt very clean.

If you are looking for a beach house that can accommodate a group, just steps from the beach, you can find it at Pelican Point. A large table upstairs is a great spot to gather for meals or games. The downstairs family room has plenty of seating for movies or streaming. With a kitchen upstairs and downstairs there is plenty of room in the refrigerator, and two ovens for cooking. We had 7 people, who all slept comfortably, with extra beds left over in the bunk room. The hosts, Patrick and Elizabeth were accommodating and generous in answering our questions. We had a great time and will be back again.

This house was the perfect space for our large family. With two adults and six kids, there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep and share meals together. Clean, lots of natural light, and a great host to communicate with....we could not have asked for a better weekend. Thanks, Kristin!

If you’re on the fence, book this home. By far one of the best bnbs I’ve ever stayed at. This home is perfect for a group or family. The home was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked, and the property is stunning. None of us wanted to leave! We did not travel with kids but I also noticed how kid friendly this home was, with toys and special amenities provided specifically for youngsters. We are already hoping to plan a return trip.

HIGHLY recommend staying here! The listing is exactly as described and the stay was better than we could have imagined. Rented this listing for my bachelorette weekend in May 2025 with 10 people total. The pictures do not do the size of the spaces justice. Both living spaces are comfortable and roomy. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and incredibly beautiful. The bathrooms were well stocked and all surfaces were clean and in pristine condition. The hosts have stocked the kitchen well with multiple appliances (coffee pot/maker, crock pot, waffle maker, etc.), high-quality dining essentials (knives, silverware, multiple types of cups/plates/glasses), and had some basic seasonings. We had an absolute blast in Rockaway Beach and felt right at home in this Airbnb. The hot tub and the sauna were functioning and clean, and a treat to experience. It’s walkable to the Main Street of Rockaway Beach, Lakeside Hideaway, Flamingo Jims, and some other fun pubs and dessert places.

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

I was grateful the kitchen was so well stocked. Although we brought our own coffee, it was really nice to see some coffee was stocked in the kitchen. There were lots of other unique, thoughtful touches around the home such as this. We greatly enjoyed the amenities - hot tub, sauna, fire pit, bbq. The home was cozy and spacious enough to allow our large family to spread out, participate in other activities, and then come back together for dinner. Thanks for giving us a memorable experience!

This is a comfortable dog- and family-friendly home for a relaxed beach stay. You've got everything you need, instructions are clear, and communications friendly. The home is down a private, wooded road that is in very good condition with a reasonable walk to beach access along the incredible Arch Cape region. Winter weather meant that we did not utilize the back yard but we appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. It's a great place to stay for a casual family beach adventure.

The best Airbnb because of the thoughtful detail, pristine home, and welcoming vibe. We couldn't have asked for a better host or stay. To start, the home was stocked with everything needed to play at the beach, sit in the hot tub, cook meals, have pets, entertain small children, or just relax. We never felt stressed to supply ourselves with paper towels, coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc.. Everything was very thought out and hospitable. We cannot say enough about the location, home, or host. We had a great time and will be returning!

We had a great stay here. The scenery was spectacular. The deck is a perfect place to read or just sit and watch the waves. If you don’t want to be outside, you can sit in the cozey front room and watch from the large picture windows. The house was clean and comfortable. We love it here! 😊

The house was so perfect for our extended family with plenty of room to spread out or hang out together. We loved the game room and the whole layout of the house was very comfortable. The beds & linens were cozy & comfortable. You cannot beat the location m. It is just steps from the shady path that leads to the most perfect beach. Jeff was an amazing host, very responsive & helpful. My family will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home at a great location! Fun to have the train go by, and the tracks provide great walking or jogging. Beautiful view of the bay — gulls, cormorants and pelicans. Very good and affordable restaurants nearby. A short drive to the beach. Well equipped for wheelchair users. We will be back!!!

We loved our stay in Seaside! The location is perfect—just a minute’s walk to a stunning beach and great restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Lisa was incredibly responsive and accommodating. When my brother left his phone charger behind, she didn’t hesitate to offer to mail it back to him in Colorado. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

What a wonderful beach cottage! We had the best time at this listing. The inside was absolutely adorable with all the amenities you could ever wish for. We had so much fun riding the cruiser bikes and playing with the sand toys and sitting around the backyard fire pit. There is the most adorable bunk room for kids and all of the beds are extremely comfortable. The little walk to the beachfront is perfect in every way. We thought this was the most special and idyllic place to stay on the Oregon coast and plan to come back again in the future!

we went with our adult children and grand kids (ages 1.5 to 6) 6 adults and 5 grands. We had so much fun and the arcade was AMAZING! it had something for every age group and kept all of the KIDS and us entertained the entire weekend. the house space was great and we all had our privacy when we wanted and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. it is close to town and easy to access. we will likely go back next year if it's still available.

This home was in a wonderful location right by the beach. The house was updated and great for large families, children and pets. The amenities were updated and the beds were so comfortable. It had ample parking and was easy to find. The hosts were amazing and gave clear and simple directions and were always available for support. We definitely plan to come back again!
