Bonnie's place was absolutely wonderful! The sunset from the deck was fabulous, as was sitting in the hot tub! It was very comfortable and clean. She was great at getting us in at the very last minute, it was greatly appreciated! Would love to return when we have more time. Thank you! 💐☺️

A perfect Bed and Breakfast experience! Lex is a wonderful host, full of life and love and a deep connection to her home. The house is clean and bright and walking distance to the beach! I will absolutely return to Katie's House for all my future visits to Oceanside.

A spacious luxury home is situated near the ocean, with views of the water visible from the distance. The exterior features a modern design, including a garage and a rooftop deck, which is not accessible to guests. Natural landscaping surrounds the property.

Big beautiful place, with an incredible view. This place doesn't allow extra visitors over the number of individuals staying the night. Otherwise great communication, everything was clean and well maintained. There are cameras on and in the house. Quick walk to the beach and very short drive to Cannon Beach and Arch Cape. We really appreciated having a bathroom for almost every bedroom! Very luxurious!

My husband and I were delighted by both our accommodations, and our hosts! Trish and Thaddeus are personable, welcoming, and genuinely pleased to get to know their guests. They've clearly worked to create a peaceful, warm aesthetic in their home, and there are so many intentional details in how their space is arranged. Also, you can't beat a true Bed and Breakfast experience, which you'll certainly get with Trish's excellent home-cooking. Being served breakfast in their cozy dining room in the morning, after enjoying a delicious cup of coffee by the living room fireplace, felt so luxurious to us. Trish and Thaddeus balance great conversation with encouragement for guests to hit the town and enjoy local food and activities. They want for their guests exactly what I think most of us want: to feel relaxed and welcome in their hosts' home.

We utilize varied lodging styles when traveling but had never stayed at a classic bed & breakfast. We're so grateful to have experienced Ivy House as our first foray into this style of lodging! Our stay was just magical. Trish ensured we were made to feel at home instantly. She was available for great conversation or just a quick smile as we ran out the door for an adventure. Ivy House was spotless and charming with super cozy bedrooms but the real prize is the made-from-scratch breakfast. FAB!!! What a delight it was to get to know both Trish and Thaddeus. This was a stay we won't soon forget!

York's Dream: The Blue Room

This was one of the best AirBnB stays I've ever had - and it was an actual Bed n Breakfast! York's Landing is a spectacular place in a great location. Decor is amazing, house is historic and well-kept, and it's near some local secrets :) The best part, though, is Annie herself. She is a great guide to the area and history, and a most especially about the adventurer, York, himself! I felt like I learned about a critical part of our American heritage, and got to feel the spirit right there on the coast of Washington. Also, the breakfast fruit platter was like those Dutch Golden Age still lifes that make you hungry when you see them. Delicious breakfast all-round. 11/10 will stay again!
