The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.
