Beach house vacation rentals in Sea Point

Nicholas’s place was an absolute dream to stay at! The view and sound of the beach was breathtaking and exactly what my family and I needed. The place was clean and neat and beautifully decorated, the beds are really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and would do it again. Special shoutout to Pam and Talent, so accommodating and lovely. Pam is an absolute gem of a person♥️

Hout bay was wonderful and the house had lovely beds and plenty of kitchen dishes as well as towels for the beach and even some sand toys. The place was cleaned meticulously and was relatively easy to access. They had a booklet of local recommendations that was helpful if a little overstuffed. The first two pages worked great. The washer and drier left something to be desired - the drier door wouldn’t stay shut and was finicky about turning on. The house could have used a few little touches like some laundry detergent, but Abigail was helpful.

This is my second time staying here and it still is the best place to stay in capetown so safe and with the sweetest most responsive hosts amazing to stay for an amazing get away or to relax super clean comfy beds gorgeous outside area just perfect

Such a beautiful place to stay in Cape Town! Camps Bay is beautiful and there are great restaurant and bar options within walking distance and of course THE BEACH! Getting over the mountains into the city bowl was super a quick and easy Uber ride away. The house itself is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. Since we visited in the fall, we didn't end up using the pool but the outdoor space was still so lovely. I would say to remember to bring shampoo and body wash because that was the only thing missing for us, but luckily there are supermarkets a 2 min walk away in case you forget like we did. :)

Fantastic place for a family stay. Super spacious and well stocked. Loads of secure parking and easy walking distance to beach and Sea Points restaurants. Everything you could need to feel right at home.

A terrific place to stay in Camps Bay and all exactly as descibed. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants/bars as well as bus pick-ups for tours etc. Uphill walking back but no problem if moderately able. Ubers easily available and not expensive for exploring near or far. No problems as a base if driving yourself. We were an adult party of 5 and really enjoyed our visit to Cape Town. Ingrid was easily reachable and responsive. Would highly recommend and thanks for a great stay!

Really amazing house for a family getaway. Plenty of rooms, the most gorgeous bathroom with outdoor shower is not to be missed. Felt like home away from home.

I've stayed in countless guest homes all over, and this one is hands-down one of the absolute best! The moment my family and I walked in, we were completely blown away—it’s so stunning, we instantly wanted to move in! It was perfect for the six of us: spotless, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. Teresa was amazing—so helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Talent was wonderful—having the place refreshed during our stay felt like a luxury you usually only get at a hotel. We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Teresa!

The accommodation and my entire stay was just perfect! Beautiful house in the best location in all of Cape Town. A wonderful cleaning lady Winnie and above all two wonderful hosts who take care of everything and are always there when you need something. I had no problems with power outages and the internet was always available, which was important for me and my work. Thank you Paul and Christa for letting me be your guest!

Our two families of 9 people had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the living spaces were great for our group. Beautiful views from the deck. Darren was incredibly responsive to all needs that arose. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The property is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood and has stellar views over Green Point and beyond. Conveniently located, Green Point and the Waterfront are a short walk away. The property was immaculately furnished and the terrace and pool are fantastic attributes. Gary is a friendly host, and was particularly responsive. The welcome food and drink was a nice surprise, which made us feel at home straight away. We would love to come back again sometime in the future.

Wir waren absolut verzaubert. Vanessa hat einen tollen Einrichtungsgeschmack. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Ausserdem wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Vanessas wunderschönem Haus.

Trotz später Ankunft war der Check-In einwandfrei. Bei der Ankunft fehlten zwar einige Handtücher; dies wurde aber nach einem kurzen Nachrichtenaustausch direkt und unkompliziert behoben. Das Appartment liegt sehr gut gelegen in Seapoint, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Promenade entfernt. Die Ausstattung übertraf unseren Erwartungen (Spülmaschine, 2 große Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach usw.). Wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und die Schlafzimmer waren sehr geräumig mit genug Platz für unsere Sachen. Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal das Appartment buchen.

We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

I would highly recommend this property, Mark is so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful with amazing views, it’s well equipped, and is very private. The only regret is we didn’t stay there longer.

The perfect stay in Cape Town! The house is spacious, with a great blend of indoor and outdoor living areas. Stunning views of the city and an ideal location within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town!

The apartment seems to be pretty new and well equipped. The beds are quite comfy. Everything looks like on the pictures, however to see this amazing view in person is just incredible. The apartment is not the cheapest one but if you would like to have a view over the city and the table mountain it is hard to find anything better in the city. The USP is definitely the terrace, we enjoyed it every morning and evening. We will come back again!

My move-out experience was smooth and straightforward. The apartment was in great condition, and I made sure to clean thoroughly before leaving. The management team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, addressing all my questions promptly.I had a positive experience and would recommend this apartment to others.

Lu's place is perfection. We needed it as a base for while we were at a work event at the Cape Town Stadium. The beauty of it was that my wife and I were able to spend the morning and evenings with the kids, as opposed to not being able to see them all week. Our nanny and the little ones headed out during the day exploring the amazing city, while we were always just a short walk away. Couldn't recommend Lu's place more highly. The pics are a perfect representation of the house! Will book here next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The highlight was the stunning balcony, perfect for relaxing. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and spacious enough for our group of 8. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus two additional guest WCs, making it incredibly comfortable. The location in Sea Point is ideal—just a short walk to Main Street’s great restaurants and only 5 minutes to the sea. Perfect spot, highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft! Das Haus hat eine super Lage, die Aufteilung von Wohnen und Schlafen ist top und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für gute Zeit in Cape Town braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Blick auf Camps Bay und den Lions Head! Patrick und Wenke waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert, und wir haben großartige Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung erhalten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine perfekte Unterkunft suchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Leigh's beautiful place! It is perfect for families and in walkable distance to the promenade and nice restaurants/ brunch spots. Everything was as described, and we really felt home. The hosts were super helpful and always approachable. Would definitely recommend a stay and come back again!
