Vacation rentals with a patio in Sea of Marmara

The place is exactly like described and the communication was wonderful. It was close to the center and to the public transport. Though we had to cut out trip short, it was definitely all that was needed.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

Elif was super helpful. He opened the doors for us in person and fixed a sliding door that was off track before we checked in. Instructions were clear and the place had everything that we needed as tourists in Istanbul. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of 5-6.

Clean apartment with best view that you can find in entire Istanbul! Very responsive host. They helped us with luggage (which is a big thing), transportation (which was cheaper and more comfortable than at the airport, so I strongly recommend to arrange through them)! The location is not far from Galata port, Taksim and Galata( walking distance) There is one thing that you need to consider before booking; the entire area is up on a hill and you will have to walk the steps even to get to the cab. We had a stroller, kid and a disabled person and it was very challenging for us. But that’s not the host’s issue of course, but entire area.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Müge Hanım’ın evi özenle dekore edilmiş modern bir köy evi. Ev tertemiz ve oldukça bakımlı, ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Müge Hanım oldukça ilgili bir ev sahibi ve konuklarının rahatı için tüm detayları düşünmüş. Sahil yürüme mesafesinde, Şile yaklaşık yarım saat uzaklıkta. İster yaz ister kış mevsiminde aile ya da arkadaşlarla kalınıp güzel zaman geçirebilir. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Bebekli bir aile olarak konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Odada beşik bulunması bizim için büyük bir kolaylık oldu. Ev temizdi; özellikle mutfak gereçleri tertemizdi, bulaşık makinesi ve süpürge sayesinde konaklama süresince temizlik konusunda rahat ettik. Havuz temizdi ve bahçe tamamen bize özeldi, bu da büyük bir konfor sağladı. Mutfakta ve banyoda ihtiyaç duyulacak her şey mevcuttu. Mangal için gerekli tüm malzemeler vardı, keyifli vakit geçirdik. Ev sessiz, doğa içinde ve huzurlu bir konumda yer alıyor. Market ve fırına yakın olması günlük ihtiyaçlar açısından çok pratikti. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi, elektrik kesintisi yaşandığında jeneratör devreye girdiği için herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Giriş-çıkış işlemleri de oldukça kolay ve sorunsuzdu. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle değer bir yer, tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüz. Tek dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta doğa içinde olması nedeniyle sinek ve böceklerle karşılaşılabilmesi. Buna uygun hazırlıklı gelinirse sorun yaşanmaz.

Güzel bir konumda, geniş bir verandası olan bir ev. Fakat derenin çevresine inmek münkün değil, oldukça dik.

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

I had previously stayed in another apartment managed by this host and was happy to return. This apartment was just as wonderful - a quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen (truly, it has everything you might need), and a perfect location. What I particularly appreciate about this host’s apartments is their impeccable cleanliness—you can tell great care and attention go into maintaining them. The location is ideal. If you’re arriving from Taksim Square with luggage, you can easily walk, as the route is relatively flat (not always the case with Cihangir). Highly recommended!
