Wow! Had a two night stay at Steve’s and hopefully we will go back for more stays. The annexe is very spacious indeed with much larger rooms than I thought they would be! Very nicely decorated with a lot of personal touches left for our enjoyment. The village is stunning with the local pub being a must visit! Faultless stay and thank you both and Agatha for your hospitality, very much appreciated.

Absolutely gorgeous place in a great small town. Easy to find, everything you could need supplied, and more! Thoughtful treats left for us and the dog. Very dog friendly. We had a very comfortable stay and if around that way, would definitely stay again.

This is a beautifully furnished cottage, in a lovely location. we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces whilst visiting for a special occasion. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home along some great Board games to keep you entertained in the evenings. the host was kind and left us some wonderful snacks for Arrival and the place was exactly as they described. would definitely come again. perfect for a family get away or special occasion whilst visiting Lincoln! thank you!

Alex's place was a great stay, we only had a couple of days visiting family, but it suited us perfectly. we met Alex upon arrival and he made us feel at home straight away, explained everything about the facilities and the neighboring area, we'd highly recommend.

This gorgeous cottage is a fabulous place to stay if you're visiting Newark or the surrounding areas. Set in the heart.of Newark town centre, it's incredibly close to all the amenities including shops, restaurants, castle and market place which is just a 5 minute walk away, yet it is still very peaceful. Beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a terrific bathroom with a large shower with rainfall shower head, it is incredibly comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere. We have stayed twice already and have booked again for a future event. Dale the host, is very helpful and friendly and always trys to accommodate your requests. We can't recommend this cottage highly enough 😊

Chose this place slightly randomly but am so pleased we did! Perfect location minutes from the castle and cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat with an amazing view. Had everything we needed and the bed in particular was exceptional- big, comfortable with lovely bed linen. Often that’s the bit that can let a place down but not in this property. Lincoln is a brilliant place for a weekend visit- so much to see and do. And our sons jumped on a train from London and joined us for the day too as an added bonus! We took the free walking tour which set us up well but I hadn’t imagined there’d be so many lovely shops and art galleries too. Plus live music and theatre and cinema and of course the beautiful music at the cathedral (I went to choral evensong) Thank you Valerie- will be recommending to everyone!

Lovely place and so central for amazing coffee, stores, food places and a lovely part of Sheffield - so green and the place was a treasure.

Annas place was a beautiful little Gem. Beautifully laid out and decorated. Lovely little space outside. Gorgeous bathroom with huge shower. The main bedroom is stunning and the bed incredibly comfortable. Will definitely book again when my daughters come back from wales to visit 🥰

A perfect home from home - everything has been thought about what you could need. Perfect location, very close to bus routes into York but so peaceful to come back to after a busy day exploring. Great to have some basic provisions provided - the lemon cake gets a special mention, Jill was very kind to make it dairy free for my wife, extra delicious. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

Great accommodation and host. Exactly what you want from AirBnB. Minor comment on the noise from the busy road outside the bedroom windows, but everything else more than makes up for that.

We had a lovely stay over new year, cosy fireplace and friendly pubs within walking distance.

Lovely, clean, and spacious apartment! The apartment was spotless and had plenty of room to relax. The secure walled garden was perfect for my pooch — such peace of mind! We were greeted on arrival by great hosts who made us feel very welcome. I had a great night’s sleep, and the location was ideal for visiting my family for birthday celebrations, just 20 minutes up the road. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again! We had a fantastic stay at Bumblebee cottage. Georgie was amazing and answered any questions i had within minutes of me messaging. The cottage is exactly as described. Immaculately clean. Beautiful linen and super comfy bed. The kitchen has everything you need with lovely cups and glasses and a coffee machine with pods provided. Loved the welcome pack too. The lounge was very cosy with a lovely electric fire. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed walking a short distance and catching the bus into the city every day. The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful fresh flowers and nice hamper of provisions made it even more special.

Had a lovely stay. The apartment was really cute and well furnished. Really beautiful neighbourhood with lots of nice bars/restaurants. Tesco close by if you want to buy food to cook as well. Hosts were very communicative too.

Beryl and her son are wonderful people ,they are super friendly .I loved the apartment it was sparkling clean and fresh smell ,bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you would need is provided .The garden is fabulous and very dog friendly. The area has lots of great walks ,the nature reserves are wonderful. felt very safe and relaxed and cannot wait to return . Thank you so much Beryl ☺️
