My stay in L'Aquila was really pleasant. The villa I stayed in was not only very nice and practically new, but also extremely comfortable with all the amenities available. Its location close to the center has made travel very comfortable and allowed you to fully enjoy the beauty of this city. The interior of the villa was cozy and well cared for, offering a relaxing atmosphere after the days spent exploring the area. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to best experience the aquilana experience. A tip only for the host, attention to bed linen.

We had a great stay in Erwin's beautiful and spacious house. The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort for us, during the winter period. Erwin is extensive information about the region and his very welcoming reception were great. We have not received such extensive information about the region before. The view from the house is magnificent. You will see snowy mountain peaks and the sea on the other side. The house is easy to heat with central heating and pellet stove. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything. Two bathrooms and bedrooms. From the house, the beautiful region of Abruzzo is easy to get around by car. We would love to come back during warmer days to use the lovely outdoor space as well.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, making our stay really. Communication with the host was excellent and always quick. The apartment was exactly as described and the host made sure everything was perfect. Thanks for your hospitality! We'll definitely be back.

I recommend going to the hideout if you want an immersive experience in the world of Hogwarts, a really enchanting place and Arianna is super helpful.

Rented for the "100 days at maturity" to spend some time together, we could not have made a better choice. Spectacular house, many common spaces where you can spend time together and have fun, kind and friendly owners... if there are other events of this type I would not hesitate to return with other friends. Fantastic setting, beautiful views, great pool and a lovely rustic villa

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Fabulous villa !! Even more beautiful than the photos

Spoleto and the surrounding cities are absolutely spectacular, ranking among the finest destinations in Italy. Giardino di Tosca was the ideal setting for our family reunion during Christmas vacations. I must note how clean the place was, this level of hygiene was a rare find and greatly appreciated. The careful attention given to every aspect of the property truly enhanced its charm

Elisabetta's place is absolutely gorgeous. It's a stunning house with plenty of space for a large family or friendship group, and Elisabetta is a friendly, kind and helpful host! Beautiful location on a hill surrounded by olive groves and with views across the countryside. The pool is a fabulous bonus, clean and perfectly situated with quality loungers. The 5 main bedrooms are well sized - 2 have comfortable double beds, one in particular is lovely with a 4 poster and mosquito nets. 3 have two twins which can be pushed together, all v comfortable. There are also a number of extra beds on mezzanine floors which are great for kids. Rooms have ensuite bathrooms which are all spotless and well-equipped with good showers. The kitchen is large with good amenities, there's a great dining area too, and everything is decorated in a simple, tasteful, authentic style. It's perfect for a comfortable base to visit Umbria from and is only 15 mins from Spoleto. Absolutely recommended, we had a brilliant time, and the eco-friendly aspect is really great too! The Airbnb was very nice, quiet, well tidy and in a wonderful area! The owner, Mattia, has always helped us if we needed anything and has always taken care of the place with heart! Mattia was often able to shop for us or go where else, which was very sweet! Norma and Mattia were always super easy to reach, which made it easier for us. It was a wonderful stay🤩🌞

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at Livia’s Casale for a week. It was an incredibly peaceful home with everything you could imagine for a wholesome family/friend holiday. We were a but unlucky that there were many mosquitoes, but they provided ys with some incense that repelled them. I would however advice to bring your own body repellent if you go in a warm season!! Would recommend 10/10!!!

If you are looking for a very nice, private location, with a large swimming pool, well equipped with equipment, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, home, you have come to the right place. You can hear the birds chirping all day, you can enjoy nature in the garden, a short distance from beautiful nature, walks, but also cities (including Rome, Tivoli, Rieti), etc. then you are in the right place. A downside; once you come you won't want to leave :-)

We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back!

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.
