We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.
