The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Attractions close by are the Spree riverfront, Eastside Gallery & Uber Arena. We are accessibility friendly, located on the ground floor.

The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Our apartment is located in our villa and is located right by the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling senior WGs. Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
