Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
