The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Close to the city centre district of the residential and state capital, you’ll find our lovingly restored holiday apartment in our listed lakeside villa, centrally located yet situated on a quiet residential street. Enjoy your holiday in the smaller version with 71 m² for 1–2 people or the larger 81 m² version for 3–4 people, offering a direct view of Lake Ziegelinnensee – the starting point for numerous activities. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

The apartment is 100 square meters and has a spacious kitchen-living room on the first floor, which also has a fireplace. The bathroom, which is also on the first floor, has a shower and bathtub. The surrounding forest and heathland areas invite you to take long walks and bike rides. Via the A1 or A20 you can quickly reach Hamburg, Fehmarn, Wismar or Schwerin. It's also close to Hansapark (amusement park).
