Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

Very nice and stylish 2-bedroom house near the airport and just 15-20 minutes by car to Vienna city center. Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.
