For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The holiday apartment "Mosers am Sonnenhang", which is situated in Jenbach, overlooks the Alps. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

In the Superior Suite category, you will find an over 78m² apartment for up to seven people with two separate bedrooms with queen-size double beds and single bed, as well as a living-dining area, equipped with a high quality double sofa bed and a cozy seating area. The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
