We had a fantastic stay at Karin's place and a perfect ski vacation. The apartment is very high quality, new and modernly furnished, so we felt super comfortable right away. There is also a lot to do for non-ski lovers, so a visit is definitely worthwhile in winter and summer. From the balcony you have a great view as the icing on the cake and can end the day there comfortably. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment was really nice and in a great location. I did have a bit of trouble finding the house the first time up the mountain. Very nice location and Torsten was always very friendly and willing to help if i needed anything. The ski bus stops almost in front of the door that takes you to the big ski area and you can ski a vintage feeling area right from the door which was absolutely great for off-piste skiing. There was also a rodelbahn 30 minutes walking away that was great fun! Really recommend the apartment!

This is a nice, new and modern apartment in a hotel building. The apartment is small, but it is two bedrooms with full beds. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is modern. The apartment is about 20 minutes from the train station and supermarket. The beds are comfortable. The building is on a busy street, but we did not hear the traffic in our apartment. We slept well and would stay again.
