The light-flooded, newly converted apartment offers plenty of space for couples, groups or families. The windows can be completely darkened by an external roller blind. Access is via the shared stairwell. TV, audio, Wi-Fi and wired Internet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, books and DVDs. Simply ask for any other ideas/requests.

Our lovingly self-renovated apartment in a historic sandstone half-timbered house from the 19th century offers you a particularly cozy break on 35 square meters. The house is situated in a quiet village, surrounded by forests. Here you can enjoy the peace and take numerous walks. Parking is available directly in front of the door and shopping is close by.

Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.
