We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

Relax in this home. Quiet location, surrounded by nature. Centrally located between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Our apartment Berta's Bleibe has a spacious bedroom with a large double bed made of solid wood and a bedroom with two cozy single beds. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality oak parquet floor and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need for cooking. Absolutely! In the approx. 35 square meter vacation home you will find a special, warm atmosphere and can simply escape the stress of everyday life. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

By bus it is only 10 minutes to the center, and if you prefer to walk, you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes via a hiking trail.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
