It offers two bedrooms for two families, a kitchen with electric stove, a simple bathroom with shower, a rustic block room with fireplace and lots of children's toys, as well as a beautiful garden with a small stream, trampoline, swings, small sandbox. In the sitting area in the garden you can enjoy the evening tranquility and make yourself comfortable by the fire pit. Fiber optic and WiFi available. A reservation includes the entire place.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
