The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

We stayed at Lena's place for an extended weekend. The place is very nice and lovingly furnished, we all felt very comfortable! Lena also gave us great tips and was easily accessible. We didn't find the entrance right away, but we were promptly helped there too:) The location has a very good starting point for activities. We would come back here any time! 😊

This apartment was perfect. Kitchen super equipped and lots of little things to be found everywhere. Potholders, dishcloth... Mega! And then the loving dog things and treats that were ready for us! Here, too, everything has been thought of, even a dry towel! I had everything with me, but it's just super thoughtful and my dog actually preferred the strange dog bed 😉 It doesn't get any better! Really great!

We were totally overwhelmed by the size of the house, it is very spacious, clean, great furnishings and you have plenty of space for everything. Stylish and lovingly furnished, the two "house residents", so cats are super cute and easy to clean, Karina is a super nice host, helpful, generous, responds immediately, provided us with a welcome meal. We loved it very much and we would have preferred to stay longer, unfortunately the week was over too quickly, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended !

Gabi and Josef were amazing hosts and had great recommendations for us, the walk around Dietrichshorn was an absolute highlight. We were very happy in this gorgeous apartment that had everything to make you feel at home 🏡

The hosts are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, and clean. For our son, those animals that were near the apartment, a real attraction. Watch the chickens, cakes and ducks every morning and evening. Beautiful surroundings, can take a nice walk there. And by car you are in many beautiful places in no time. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy is the excellently equipped kitchen – everything you need for a longer stay is really available. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, you immediately feel welcome. The location is fantastic – quiet, beautifully located and perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend the accommodation and would love to come back!
