The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
