The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

At one end, the main road of Binz closes with the pier, at the other end in an extension with the Schmachter See. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the coastal corner, full of barren souvenirs. Many shops line the main road.
