Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

In the final cleaning, a parking space for a car is included. The apartment is not heatable. Pets are not allowed.
