Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Thatched Guesthouse with Fireplace & Garden

Das Gästehaus am Zuckerhut befindet sich in Altensien, ein Dorf mit Reetdächern. Im UG befindet sich ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, eine Küche & Sitzbereich und ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch. Im OG, welches mit der Treppe zu erreichen ist, ist der Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett & 2Einzelbetten versehen. Nach einem Tag am Strand kann gerne gegrillt werden. Wir freuen uns über Familien, Paare & Freunde, die die Insel erkunden und die 7 Fahrminuten entfernte Ostsee erleben wollen!

Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

The cottage is maritime, with a lot of attention to detail, has been furnished and impresses with high-quality equipment. Three bedrooms can accommodate six. A baby bed can be placed in addition. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle.
