The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

Deine kleine Auszeit am Meer beginnt hier: Gemütliches Apartment für bis zu drei Personen mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch, Küche und Terrasse zum Entspannen. Starte den Tag mit Kaffee an der frischen Luft und lass ihn entspannt ausklingen. In wenigen Minuten bist du am Strand, auf der Promenade oder in der Granitz – perfekt zum Abschalten. Bitte beachte: Kein eigener Parkplatz, aber öffentliche, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe. Kurabgabe bei Anreise separat.

Der Balkon bietet großartigen Ausblick und die eigene KLAFS Sauna, stimmt Euch auf den Sommer ein.

Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.
