Very spacious apartment in the idyllic Eggenertal between orchards and vineyards. Particularly quiet on the outskirts of town in a quasi-secluded location with its own large garden, secluded with absolute privacy. Herbs as well as fruit and vegetables are available for self-service depending on the season, organically grown. The house is operated as a +Energy building with rainwater supply. The apartment is designed as an open loft with kitchen, living room and bedroom. The private bathroom is separate.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Notre yourte est située au cœur du village de PETIT-LANDAU (F), dans le sud de l'Alsace, au carrefour des frontières Suisse et Allemagne. Aménagée au fond d'un jardin, la YOURTE comporte 4 couchages. TOUT CONFORT. A 3 mètres, une annexe avec CUISINE toute équipée et une SALLE D'EAU attenante avec WC(équipement PMR) neufs. Juste pour vous :) A côté, un ESPACE VERT avec terrasse bois, salon de jardin, transats, grill, ainsi qu'un espace enfants avec balançoires.

Small nest in the countryside, back to basics!

Small chalet near Grand Ballon Alsace, a stream passes through the land. Lost in the forest without really being there!Access by a paved road up to 50 meters from the chalet. Simple and functional chalet. No internet or air conditioning. You can see squirrels on the roof, insects and spider webs too!!You can also experience nocturnal animals depending on the season. Dormice like our chalet unfortunately, but that's also real life in the middle of the forest😉.

Ferien Alm Alfret

Set in Herrischried, the vacation home "Ferien Alm Alfret" occupies an idyllic alpine pasture and offers a splendid view of the mountains and the Black Forest. The 2-storey property is a typical example of the regional architecture and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a dryer.

Our family-friendly and lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located in Sehringen, a beautiful district of Badenweiler in the idyllic Markgräflerland at the foot of the Black Forest. From here you have an ideal starting point for many sports activities, to explore the diverse cultural and culinary highlights of the region, or simply escape everyday life. Children and pets are of course also welcome.

Historic Cramm Mill, Barn Apt. 5

Our apartment 5 is on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios that we built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historical character of the building as possible - the original wooden beams of the old barn adorn the apartment and the view of the open roof beams. The apartment is 43 square meters.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.
