The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Our cozy vacation home is 75 meters from the water! A small sandy beach invites you to swim and is the starting point for beautiful walks along the Schlei. With 2 bedrooms, the house offers a perfect stay for up to 4 people in any season. The spacious property has a fireplace for mild summer evenings. In winter, the sauna provides cozy warmth. There is a terrace facing east for breakfast and one facing west for afternoon coffee :-)

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

After a few minutes' walk, you are on a small cozy beach and from the parking lot by the house, there is a view of Nybøl Nor
