The pink house in Kragnæs

Bring the whole family to one of the oldest and most authentic houses in Kragnæs. The area invites you to cycle, run and walk. Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, unspoiled south-facing garden where you can relax under the big old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

Forest, beach and good hills

A 96 m2 space. In the garden, there's a small, cozy fire pit and a shelter with 2-3 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 m from a lovely swimming beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, Falsled Kro and a very good harbor grill: "Vandkanten." We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing and cycling. The Øhavsstien, a 220 km long hiking trail around the entire South Funen Øhav, starts at Falsled Harbor.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Ideal for families, active vacationers, peace seekers or nature lovers. The swimming area on the Schlei is about 1,500 m away, and the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

The home was built in 18409 and once housed the Old Costoms, has now been restored with respect for the old. The home is atmospheric and exudes home, so here it is easy to calm down and relax. Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. The house is located in a very small holiday home area with 10 summer houses on a dead end road. Large terrace overlooking Flensburg fjord, its own garden and its own private path to the water.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
