The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Vom Reiter apartment with mountain views and sauna

"Away from mass tourism, towards the highest quality and comfort" was the motto for the renovation of the apartments at our farm from Reiter. Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. The Summer Card is included with every booking!

The bedroom has comfortable beds . 10 minutes to the city center, grocery store, indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Cars can park on the property. Bread roll service or have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bäck) Offer ski depot for 2 people in the gondola station Cost 10 EURO per day Dogs are welcome.

Alpine view - small but nice

Experience cozy vacation days in our lovingly furnished apartment "Alpenblick Schladming". The accommodation is located above the town center – with a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains and Schladming. Only a few minutes separate you from the Planai valley station, hiking trails and diverse mountain bike routes. Perfect for anyone who wants to combine nature and comfort: fully equipped, cozy with lots of wood and with a dream view that is unique!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

A living area features a comfortable sofa and a wooden dining table set for four. Large windows offer natural light, and soft curtains frame the view outside. A subtle area rug adds texture to the space, enhancing the modern design.
