This rustic retreat is located close to the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more. Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forest, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender, 2 TVs. With sauna, garden, terrace.... The reservoir is 3 minutes away by car. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful countryside. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

The Lengalmhütte 1 for 6 people with its own sauna hut is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 1 has a sauna (outside) a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa & two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Netflix & Amazon video, WiFi and two bathrooms with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
