This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

It was a genuine pleasure to stay with Christine. Although the accommodation is small, it’s set in a vast garden in a lovely village. Bus and train links to Vienna are within a 10-15 minute walk. For us the highlights of our stay were the host’s warmth and the great wine restaurants in the heart of the village.

Natur & City - am Rande des Wienerwalds

Wir hatten einen zweitägigen Zwischenstop in Wien. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung klar übertroffen. Wir waren zu zweit mit Fahrrad unterwegs und haben alles gefunden, was wir zum Glücklichsein brauchten. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos und mit Safe kein Problem und v.a. waren wir zeitlich dadurch super flexibel. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Da wir eher zur Fraktion Natur gehören, lag die Unterkunft perfekt am Stadtrand. Die Beschreibungen der Freizeitaktivitätsmöglichkeiten konnten wir aufgrund der Kürze des Aufenthalts nicht alle ausprobieren. Die Hinweise von Christian sind toll zusammengefasst in einer Mappe zu finden. Die Wohnung ist super groß für zwei Personen (Platz für einen mehr wär auch), wir fühlten uns zurückversetzt ins Wohnzimmer der Schwiegereltern :). Wir werden die Unterkunft und Christian als Gastgeber gerne weiter empfehlen.

Meine Unterkunft bei Maria war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Der eigenständige Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war bequem und unkompliziert. Die Lage in Mödling ist perfekt für eine entspannte und authentische österreichische Erfahrung. Maria ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin! Die freundliche Begrüßung und ihre Bereitschaft, wertvolle Tipps zu teilen via Text Messages, machten meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die Wohnung war eine wunderbare Basis, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das schnelle WLAN war ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank, Maria, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

The neighborhood feels safe. And I can't express enough how much we appreciated the cleanliness. Only drawback is the wifi connection. But besides that it was a 10/10 experience

I had the most wonderful stay I could have ever imagined with Werner and Mariola. I’m still in awe of the experience and deeply moved by their warmth and kindness. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel not just welcomed, but truly part of the family. Words can hardly capture how much I appreciated my stay. Any time I mentioned or even hinted at a need, they went above and beyond to fulfill it—no matter how big or small. Their thoughtfulness and generosity were truly exceptional. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. It felt more like returning home than staying at an Airbnb—comforting, personal, and far beyond the standards of a five-star hotel. Staying with Werner and Mariola was an unforgettable experience, and I will always be grateful for their hospitality. I’m forever grateful to them and for my stay which opened my eyes to Austria.
