We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in a quiet Chicago suburb—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The spacious outdoor area gave our kids plenty of room to play and explore, while the nearby parks and playgrounds made the neighborhood feel incredibly family-friendly. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the home—highly recommend!

Highly recommend this Airbnb. The owner has truly made it a home away from home. She has everything you need in the kitchen, plentiful pillows, extra towels and blankets. The house is very private as it is at the end of a cul de sac in a quaint neighborhood. There is a walking trail and field directly behind the house where you see families and people with their dogs. Though very tranquil, the house is very close to stores and restaurants. It was very clean and rivaled most hotels in that regard. The beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. Nice that it had two sitting areas and TVs in every room! The most amazing thing about her property is Stephanie herself. She takes great pride and was always readily available. I felt like I had a friend while away from home. She helped with whatever she could.

This was a really awesome home for us for close to 5 weeks during January 2025. The house is exactly like the photos. It is spotlessly clean and has everything to make life comfortable and like a home away from home. Its in a peaceful, super quiet neighbourhood. Bonus for me was the workspace since I worked from the house M-F. This area is quiet and separate from the rest of the house with an excellent sit/stand desk. Many thanks to Veronica who is a wonderful host. Super appreciative of how well this suited our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet for the location. Very clean and well kept house. The Shop next door was relatively quiet, did spook our pup a couple times while being outside. Didn’t bother me or my wife and dog at all while inside the house. We will gladly stay again at this location. Thank you again alex, you are a great host!

We had a great stay at this place. The location is very nice. Get to be outside of downtown still while close enough to visit whenever you’d like. The retro vibes of the home itself is very cozy and unique. Will definitely book again if we ever come back.

Had the most wonderful time staying here with my family. We celebrated a graduation and this home was less than 20 minutes away from the airport and the Rosemont theater. The house was simply beautiful and everyone felt right at home. The backyard was so peaceful and we enjoyed having morning coffee on the back porch. The home was lovely. The backyard was wonderful to be able to sit by the lake or under a netted gazebo was wonderful. The house is very spacious with a huge, dynamic bathtub/shower. An overall wonderful experience best Airbnb I’ve stayed in by far.

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Stayed here for my girls trip and it was a super convenient location! It was our first time visiting Chicago, and it was perfect. Had the most beautiful view we loved the private patio. Beds were all comfy and the hosts were extremely communicative the entire stay. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Chicago! The space was beautifully designed, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the refrigerated breakfast items, earplugs, and eye mask. Our host was responsive and made check-in and checkout seamless. We had a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had some minor issues with the digital locks, but the host was always very quick and helpful in resolving them. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d definitely recommend it!

Great place and easy to work with.

Nice big indoor pool (12 feet deep at one end and 3 feet at the other). The newly renovated rooms are very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are well kept. Lots of games to play(soccer table, poker, table tennis, etc.). Lots of pullout sofas and chairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jack!!

Great stay!! We went to a two night concert at All State and it was a perfect place to stay for this. Walkable to coffee, grocery, and restaurants/bars. Plenty of space and a nice back yard area.

Exceeded expectations, incredibly responsive hosts and the home is absolutely stunning. I rented the entire home for my wedding as it was extremely close to my wedding venue as well as my rehearsal/welcome dinner. I also got ready here the morning of my wedding for hair and makeup. So beautiful, peaceful and quiet, no worries about parking thanks to clear instructions and parking passes. The morning after our first night in the house my exact words to my family and now husband were “I could live here”. You never say that about a hotel now do you? ;) The only hiccup I ran into was the initial check in at the main door. It ended up being the code for one of the suites. I tried them all and it was the last one I entered of course. This was likely in the info somewhere but my wedding brain missed it. The total cost was a bit high for the short amount of time we stayed but it was also a holiday weekend and honestly the value and benefit of simplifying my wedding plans was worth it!

It is a suburban starter house probably from the 1950s, not a super fancy home, but it is safe and clean and convenient to St. Alexius Medical Center, which was the purpose of our stay. We had one problem with the home, and the host immediately resolved the issue. The back yard was an especially nice feature for my daughter and her dog. I found the home to be a pleasant place for me and my family members. I recommend it.

The stay was great. My kids absolutely loved the ample space and the proximity to downtown Chicago.

Luz's place was the perfect location with easy access to the city and surrounding towns. The neighborhood was nice and quiet - you'd never know the airport was so close (it is mere minutes away)! Luz was very responsive and helpful and I would absolutely stay again!

Steven was super accommodating and friendly. The house was simple, affordable, clean, and full of cool antiques, paintings, and furniture. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time. Paul was very responsive. The home looks just like the picture. Gas station and little store are within a 10 min drive. Traffic was pretty crazy driving downtown Chicago I would suggest uber. I will definitely book this home again.
