We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.

The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden. Within the week the cottage is less expensive to rent.

The location is fantastic overall, because it is a very forested and water-rich environment with many cycling and hiking trails. Berlin can be reached in about 1 hour by car, by public transport in approx. 1 1/2 hours. Shopping: about 12 minutes
