With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.
