Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

You will be staying in an apartment that was completely renovated 8 years ago, located near Schanzen, but the area is still very quiet. There is a 1.60-m bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, 42" TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. The Sternschanze S-Bahn station is 7 minutes away, and Holstenstrasse is 5 minutes away., shoulder blade about 3 minutes... a supermarket is about 1 minute away. If you are arriving by car, I can send you a visitor parking permit (€4/day)

Stay in an old merchant's villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a quiet residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like atmosphere, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.
