Cozy apartment on the edge of the forest with a view. Our approx. 60 sqm apartment on the quiet outskirts offers fantastic views of the Batzenberg and is surrounded by forest and vineyards. Hiking trails start right at the house, and there is a good bus connection to Freiburg. The apartment has a living/sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a south terrace. Bicycles♧ and a parking space are provided. Sauna♧ in the house can be used in the evening.♧=for a fee

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

On about 50 square meters, it offers 1 quiet bedroom with a workplace, 1 living room with an open kitchen and 1 bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. A private terrace also belongs to the apartment.
