Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Schagen

We enjoyed it very much at Ron and Marloes. The apartment was clean and the location was just perfect. Short distances to the supermarket (2 minutes), the ice cream parlor (3 minutes) and the beach (about 6 minutes). Playgrounds are also a few minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped. The contact with the family was smooth and they were always approachable. Communication in advance was exemplary and inquiries were responded to quickly. We will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

We stayed with friends at Ilinca's apartment. The place is very well maintained and really nice. The stairs up are a bit steep, but we got along great with that. Ilinca has always been quick to reach and was able to help us further. We were all very happy and had a wonderful vacation! The location of the apartment is perfect, because everything can be reached on foot and the sea is also just a few minutes away by car. All in all, we are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back ☺️

A beautiful home immersed in nature and surrounded with friendly animals. We had a very peaceful stay and we felt very much at home. We will return!

One of our favourite Airbnb stays - Noortje’s place had everything - a unique space, well equipped, thoughtful touches and a beautiful location next to the working windmill. We were pleasantly surprised with Alkmaar - lots to see and do - the cheese market is a must. Some great bars and restaurants nearby in the old town. Oosterhout parkrun was less than 10 minutes by bike. Thank you for hosting us - I hope we will make a return visit one day. We have already recommended to friends and family.

We stayed there for the second time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the house. Tasteful and well equipped. Everything worked. Thank you very much. We’ll come back.

Great place and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything worked out for us ☀️

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

We had a lovely stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and Jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Very good communication with the host. The bungalow is nice and quiet in the park. The beach is also within walking distance and the grocery store in front of the park is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Completely successful vacation 5*

Very nice house and great environment. You can quickly reach the beach and visit beautiful cities nearby. The house is very well maintained and the outdoor area was relaxing for us and our dog. So: a clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful few days at Jody and Huib's beautiful place. The chalet is fantastically located – both the sea and the IJsselmeer can be reached quickly, and some places worth seeing in the area can also be easily accessed. The accommodation was sparkling clean and superbly equipped – there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were useful utensils in the kitchen, and even in the bathroom everything was thought of – perfect in case you forgot something. The rooms are very tasteful and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The private garden access was ideal for our dog who could move freely there. However, the absolute highlight was the direct water access with private area – simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation as well as the hosts Jody and Huib:)

I stayed with a friend and her dog for four nights in the accommodation. We really enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage! The location is very nice, the accommodation clean and the kitchen is really well equipped. Communication with Linda is easy and fast. We will be back!

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

Frank welcomed us warmly in his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available 24/7 and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was neat, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to come across. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short vacation is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. Very nice cottage for a few days in North Holland. Beach and dunes close by, nice park. The house matches the description: simple but complete.

We would like to dedicate only the best words to Jeremy – for the warm welcome, pleasant communication as well as for the comfortable, tasteful, stylish and very cozy accommodation. Here you can have a nice time in any weather. The large terrace with comfortable furniture is perfect for a romantic evening. Right next to it is – for your comfort and relaxation – a hot tub, where the whole family or a small group can fit. Also for your comfort, a large table is available in the center of the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Inside, there is a cozy area with audio and video equipment, a practical kitchen and a bar for socializing – if the weather doesn't cooperate. In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the sea. We will definitely come back and recommend this place from the heart.
