In addition to the living room with kitchen, it has a porch area (18 sqm) overlooking the garden space. In these outdoor spaces there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and comfortable deckchairs to admire the magnificent starry sky of the Maremma. Fonte di Sopra is one of the apartments in the small ecological village of Poggio la Croce, 3 villas in the Bandite di Scarlino park.

The apartment is on the ground floor, in the historic center of Massa Marittima, just 100 meters from the Cathedral square. It is easily accessible from all the parking lots in the historic center and within walking distance you can find: cafes, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, a pastry shop and a pharmacy. The recently renovated 68m house has a separate entrance and consists of: a kitchen with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom.

However, there is a portable fan for particularly hot summer days. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. This helps me offer a competitive price. Ideal for couples and families.
