Entire detached family home, recently modernised throughout, set within relaxing large private gardens with hot tub, garden furniture and ample parking on the private drive. Just a short walk to the award winning local beaches and close to the attractions of Scarborough. Fantastic space suitable for families, couples and small groups and well behaved dogs are welcome. The property can sleep 8 guests and there are 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and utility fully equipped for your self catering needs.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included.
