The house with garden is on two floors. Composed of two bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and equipped kitchen with fireplace. Twinned with the city of Copenhagen, destination for Scandinavian painters and writers at the end of the nineteenth century Civita, thanks to its position has a beautiful view of the surroundings mountains. ideal for trekking and walks as well exploring other interesting small towns nearby. Last but not least the local goat and freshly"ricotta" are just wonderful.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli.
