We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less busy street from the apartment. The free city beach with the sheltered bay is also within walking distance. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within walking distance and offers plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment on the edge of the old town of Lecce, ideally located to explore the city on foot or the surroundings by car. Everything was available, hassle-free self check-in via key box. Maria is quickly accessible and gives useful tips if necessary. An all-around successful stay, thank you Maria!

Wow! What an extraordinary Airbnb. The balcony and views are absolutely stunning. We loved being surrounded by the ocean and the private ocean access to swim. Stefania was such a warm welcoming host. We had some delays and she went above and beyond to ensure we got settled in seamlessly. The airbnb itself is even more charming than the pictures, especially the kitchen which is well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The airbnb is also walking distance to all the main activities in Santa Cesare Terme but also feels private. We were in a group with a toddler and the airbnb was well set up for our needs. We hope to be back!

Nice and Kindly Hostess, Benedetta is very helpful and kind. Her apartment is supernice with a lovely big terrace fromwhere you can see the neighborhood and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. And everything you wish to buy is just around the corner at her place. Highly recommended

The location is impeccable, just steps away from the historic center and a short stroll to the sea. The host was exceptionally responsive, providing clear check‑in instructions and helpful local tips. Ideal location near both the sea and historic town center with a peaceful ambiance with an abundance of natural light. This condo is very well located, spotless, full of goodies for breakfast as well as milk and yogurt in the fridge. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could want. Bed was super comfy with awesome outdoor private space right outside! The garage( extra cost) was super handy and easy to get to. 5 minutes walk from the condo( don’t let the garage intimidate you it is actually quite easy). The house is absolutely pleasant, well located and there is everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. It is located not far from the historic center of Lecce and easily accessible. The property owner really helped us with a problem that occurred on the morning of our departure. Thank you!

The place is located very close to the old town, you can walk everywhere. Kitchen is more like a kitchenette, but has most things you need for cooking. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are renovated to fit vacationer’s needs. We were greeted by Ilario who answered all our questions and recommended the best streets for parking.

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

We had a great holiday in beautiful surroundings. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the lovely pool area. The apartments had everything we needed. Furthermore, the best location close to the best beaches in Salento! Easy check-in and communication with the hosts and Silvia and the whole family have been very welcoming and helpful. A true dream vacation 🫶

This place is a true gem! The pictures does not do it fully justice. The house itself is so beautiful, but also the olive grove that surrounds it it really something special. So beautiful, spacious and authentic. The host were extremely helpful and had great recommendations. It’s the perfect base to go experience Puglia - a car is a must though. Puglia has a lot of great food, but the orange marmelade made by the host mother is one of the single best thing I’ve ever tasted. We loved this place and would definitely love to come back.

Very nice small « old town » village, recommended restaurants in the village were very good with nice rooftop terrace. Nice small swimming pool to get refreshed. The apartment itself is well renovated with the charm of the old building. Good view on the terrace but beware of the wasp! Would recommend without hesitation

Masseria a Libeccio is a corner of paradise and relaxation, immersed in the Apulian countryside, a short walk from a wonderful sea and an uncrowded beach. The outdoor shower, barbecue area and vegetable garden available are really appreciated. The pool, accessible 24 hours a day, completes a “luxury” but never formal experience. Lastly, Antonio, the welcoming host. The only flaw is not being able to stay a few more days, but it's definitely a goodbye!

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very tidy and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.
