E' composto da soggiorno con letto matrimoniale, piccolo angolo cottura, bagno con doccia, condizionatore caldo/freddo,macchina caffè con cialde(bialetti),giardino attrezzato e recintato, barbecue , posto auto coperto . Posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa.All'interno del giardino ci sono un cane e un gatto.
