Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Close to Clare, Long Melford, Bury St. Edmunds, Lavenham and Sudbury. 20 mins to Newmarket, easy access to Cambridge and 2 hrs from central London.

Heath View Annexe

Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

A cosy 1-bed loft apartment in the countryside, part of our family home—ideal for a peaceful getaway. Includes en-suite, full kitchen, living/dining area, log burner, and private balcony with woodland views. Take advantage of direct access to our quiet lakeside and the winding woodland trails that surround the property. Accessed via private steep stairs (not suitable for those with mobility issues). Sleeping up to 4 adults in spacious comfort in 2 beds, with a luxurious bathroom, garden views, fully fitted kitchen, high spec fixtures & comfortable lounge area. However, we do not accept infants or children.
