This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

Bring a hammock to hang out in our yard under the tree. Don’t have one? We can provide one. Need to work? There is a separate area to focus on what you need. In addition to the ocean across the street, we are a few blocks from amazing sunsets on the river.
