Vacation rentals with a patio in Sawgrass

A terrific spot within a reasonable walk of everything you would want to visit while in St. Augustine. Space was well kept, clean & comfortable. Hosts were very responsive & offered clear instructions.

Darling little pied-a-terre. Close and walkable to everything north and south. Local restaurants. We could ask the hosts for suggestions and the answers were always great for us. The owners nearby taproom was a local gathering place we enjoyed. Super sweet hosts who deeply care about the environment. There are no TV and no dishwasher. Not a problem for us. Super quiet area for how close you are to everything.

Overall 5 Stars. Fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and literally just steps to the pristine beach. Place was super quiet, safe, and clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Advice for future guests (not to be taken as criticism to the host): Bring bug spray. I wish we were better prepared for the sand flies on the balcony (dusk/dawn & night). Bring your own beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella/tent). I would recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Great location! Neighborhood filled with beautiful old homes and walkable restaurants. Very clean inside. Bed was very soft.

This place is seriously a Gem. It’s in the best location, and close to everything. If you don’t want to deal with all the beach hustle and bustle, but still want to be close to it, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend this spot, and will be staying each time we come back into town. It’s perfect!

This space was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful area, pool and beach access nearby. The space was clean, beds were comfy and the instructions for check in/out were very clear. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is wonderful, and the kitchen had all of the appropriate cookware and serving utensils we needed. Though the living room furniture is small to accommodate up to 6-8 guests, we were all comfortable, (bring your own air freshener if you're sharing 1 of the 2 bathrooms with that many people, ha!) Regardless, I would choose Mac's thoughtfully curated stay every time!

James and Anthony were absolutely amazing hosts! Very informative and very helpful. Everything about beachwood is great, location, amenities and even the friendly neighbors made our weekend vacation worth every moment! We WILL be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved it, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

A Scandinavian vibe to the soft colors and features in this space. Very convenient floor plan and very nice kitchen and accessories. TV was set up with adequate viewing options. Community is very nice and safe. No overt train noise in this space and adequate number of food options including 2 great coffee shops. The local Mesa India Cuisine spot on Herschel was amazing. Great vibe to this space and loved having the office to work in, plus great for storage if luggage, etc. Nice.

A perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the house, the pool area, and the proximity to the beach and St Augustine’s downtown.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
