Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
